An independent AI lab building real products.
Creating a living thing is the oldest ambition there is. It's finally an engineering problem and we're going to build it.

No vendor lock
Every model call goes through one gateway, so a provider can be swapped without touching product code.
Measured, not claimed
Each system carries its own evaluation. If a change can't be measured against the last one, it doesn't ship.
Built to be run
Systems ship with the tooling to keep them running in the places they run — not as a demo that needs us in the room.
Lab
The long work
r2gi runs its own research on model efficiency, evaluation, and training. It stays in-house, it answers to the problems the products actually hit, and it gets published when it's ready rather than when it's convenient.
Careers
Build the hard parts
A small team shipping real products across evaluation, factory operations, signed attestation, and workflow cost. We hire generalists who go deep — people who can carry a problem from research through to something a customer runs in production.
No open reqs, always open
We don't post a list of roles. Tell us what you've built and what you want to work on, and we'll take it from there.

Cut the AI bill your team already pays.
Your developers are already on Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. We audit what that's costing, install a setup that makes them measurably faster, cheaper and keep it current. the techniques that work change every few weeks, and they don't spread on their own.
